ABOUT US

Lightstream was formed in response to the increasing need for quality customer service and support in the telecommunications industry. Across the board, carriers have consolidated customer support resources in order to rein in costs and hit financial objectives. As a result, many customers have experienced a degraded customer service experience.

Lightstream returns to the trusted carrier model of an Account Manager, Sales Engineer, and Customer Support personnel dedicated to your organization. The result is accountable and personalized attention, instead of being relegated to support from a call center.

In addition, Lightstream takes a consultative approach to telecommunications. Rather than push a single carrier, Lightstream has expertise across all carriers and can provide a total voice, data, and IP solution that addresses your business requirements. By choosing the provider with the best technical fit, we ensure the solution as the most competitively priced.
