LIGHTSTREAM was formed in response to the increasing need for customer service and support in the telecommunications industry. Across the board, carriers have consolidated customer support resources in order to reign in costs and hit financial objectives. LEADERSHIP

Jim Cassell
Chris has over 10 years experience in telecommunications. He started out selling voice solutions and phone systems for a local integrator in Denver, CO. He spend time at Broadwing Communications implementing large WAN projects for a top 25 Law Firm, a large electronics retail chain, and a worldwide healthcare supply company. He worked with Qwest supporting a large wireless retain chain in Denver, CO. He also has experience at SBC Communications working with large implementations throughout the country.

Rodney Stout
Mike has been in the telecommunications industry for 18 years with strong experience in data communications. He started his career as a data engineer for American Express managing their LANs and WANs and then moved to work for Sprint, US West and then Qwest in sales and support. Over the years Mike has worked in all aspects of telecommunications including local LEC services, Internet and WAN solutions, Long Distance and hosting/disaster recovery solutions. Mike joined Lightstream Communications as Sales Director in December of 2007 to specifically grow and manage the sales force across all of Lightstream's markets.

Kurt Richter
Kurt Richter, CCIE is available for design, implementation, and troubleshooting. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies throughout North America from a consulting standpoint and managed the global data networks for some of the largest companies in the state of Utah and the western United States and Canada.
